Our mission at Bella Rescue Ranch is to improve and save animal lives – no animal should endure the pain and suffering of a life of abandonment or neglect. With that in mind, our vision is to provide a safe, comfortable, (and fun!) environment for our rescued friends until they have been “matched”. We have the perfect rescue facility bordering Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch/Bradenton that we are undertaking as a rescue project- our rescue revival.
The Ranch will be a place where they will be treated with respect, unconditional love and kindness while they wait for their forever homes. The actual shelter at the rescue ranch will have the look and feel of a “dog hotel” or daycare rather than a “shelter”. Our pups will be able to enjoy multiple outdoor run areas for fetch. For those that enjoy a “swim” during our warmer months there will be a water feature. We're also adding an agility course for those fun-loving pups with energy to spare!
Our goal is to quickly assess/evaluate our rescued pups as they play in this environment and create unique profiles for each of them so that they may be matched with their perfect human. At The Perfect Pup Rescue, we understand the endless love and companionship that our pets provide to us each day - and it is our hope to provide this to those who have been “matched” with our rescued pups.
We are a nonprofit pending 501c3 status!
Please join in our excitement as we embark upon the rescue revival of the future home of The Perfect Pup Rescue on Bella Rescue Ranch!
Our goal is to accept and lovingly house animals that are no longer cared for properly. This may be due to abandonment, an inability to care for any longer, or the passing of an owner.
Instead of “starting from scratch”, we’ve decided to “revive” a previous rescue property and facility that once proudly rescued greyhounds and placed them in their new forever homes. Although the space is available and ideal, there are a number of maintenance and utility issues that must be addressed in order to make the space welcoming and comfortable once again.
We are tackling this project in 3 phases before welcoming pups...
